With over 8 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Josie brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a warm, patient-centred approach to cosmetic injecting. A Registered Nurse with a strong background in both cosmetic and perioperative nursing, she has worked alongside leading plastic, reconstructive, and breast cancer surgeons, gaining valuable surgical insight that informs her precise and safety-focused injection techniques.
Josie honed her skills across independent and chain cosmetic clinics, and has partnered with Fresh Clinics since 2022 as a Clinical Nurse Trainer. In this role, she trains doctors and nurses in aesthetic injectables, sharing her deep understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, and realistic treatment planning.
Her passion lies not only in mentoring other injectors but in providing considered care to her own patients, taking time to discuss options, risks and realistic outcomes with each individual.

Senior Clinical Educator & Trainer
Outside of my own clinic, I work as a permanent trainer with Fresh Clinics, where I have been mentoring nurses and doctors in aesthetic techniques since 2022. Through hands-on education and clinical support, I help practitioners build the skill, safety and confidence needed to practise well.
